Company Description
Tea Innovations, LLC is bringing a fresh, modern energy to a 5,000-year-old beverage through its TBar brand. Founded in Chico, CA in 2004, TBar has grown from a single location into a Northern California concept known for innovative tea creations, healthy fusion food, and an energetic, fun guest experience. From frozen and frosted to sparkling, steamed, and iced, TBar reimagines tea in ways that keep guests coming back. At the heart of the brand is a passionate team committed to great food, great drinks, and service from the heart. As TBar continues its growth, we're looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members who want to help shape the next chapter of the brand—and the next evolution of the tea revolution.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Marketing & Catering Manager who can help accelerate TBar's growth.
This is a highly hands-on role with responsibility for both building the brand and driving revenue. You'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate awareness, trial, frequency, and loyalty while also building our catering business through direct sales, promotions, partnerships, and third-party platforms.
If you're someone who loves creating ideas, making things happen, measuring results, and finding new ways to get people excited about a brand, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
Marketing & Brand
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic, sales, trial, frequency, and loyalty.
  • Lead local marketing, digital campaigns, promotions, and community outreach.
  • Manage TBar's CRM and loyalty initiatives to increase guest engagement and retention.
  • Oversee social media strategy and develop compelling, on-brand content.
  • Help create campaigns and experiences that reflect TBar's fun, energetic, and irreverent personality.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.
  • Identify new opportunities to build awareness and attract new customers.
Catering & Business Development (Some travel required)
  • Own the strategy and execution of TBar's catering program.
  • Drive B2B catering sales through strategic outreach and catering drops across all market locations: Sacramento, Rocklin, Chico, and Redding.
  • Drive catering revenue through direct sales, promotions, community outreach, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop relationships with businesses, organizations, schools, and community partners.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities to grow catering sales.
  • Track performance and continuously improve the catering experience.
Leadership & Execution
  • Manage marketing and catering budgets and measure return on investment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, restaurant teams, and outside partners.
  • Translate ideas into action and move projects from concept to execution.
  • Report results, insights, and opportunities to company leadership.
What We're Looking For
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results.
  • Strong marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign planning skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, CRM, and content creation.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and creative communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong sales and business-development instincts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with restaurant teams and a diverse range of partners.
  • Food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer marketing experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent real-world experience.
The TBar Fit
We're not looking for someone who simply manages marketing calendars. We're looking for someone who wants to build something.
The right person is creative, curious, competitive, hands-on, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. Someone who can come up with the idea on Monday, launch it on Friday, and look at the numbers the following week to figure out how to make it even better.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
